The purpose of the council is to ensure a quality early education program whose activities and curriculum

are grounded in the teachings of the Catholic Church.  The advisory council consists of representatives of

HTEEC families, the HTEEC administration and parishioners.  The duties of the council include, the review of

policies regarding personnel, programs, health and safety, the recommendation of changes to the Director

and Parish Administrator and serving as a sounding board for the ideas and concerns of parents.
